For the first appointment, we reserve the right to ask for a deposit of 60$.

An acupuncture patient who hasn't visited the clinic in the last 3 years needs to pay an additional $20 consultation fee. 
Appointment has to be cancelled or moved 2 business days (48 H) in advance or  100 $  may be charged; 

Herbal formula Cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, unless it is 

pre-approved by Ac clinic.
